Fulfillment Policy

When you order from Utelogy, orders are fulfilled manually. Utelogy does not transact via the www.utelogy.com website. Orders are transacted once a license agreement is signed or via a purchase order. Payments are processed by an EFT, Wire Transfer, check, or credit card. Utelogy’s pricing list is based on USD and purchase currency is based on region, this is handled during the PO process, please reach out directly to Utelogy for additional information. Once an order is placed, the Utelogy support team will issue you a temporary username or password. Licenses for the Utelogy Software are provided once a contract or PO has been issued, agreed upon, and signed.

Utelogy does not have a refund policy due to the nature of its licensing terms.

Utelogy does not have online payment system via the www.utelogy.com website for the purpose of purchasing any products or services. Credit card information is not processed or stored on www.utelogy.com.  Products and services are purchased through a PO. Utelogy uses Stripe for processing credit cards. Stripe accepts all major credit cards:
